In this episode, we welcome Justin Carty, Executive Director at CBRE. Starting his career in residential real estate in the public sector, looking after local government assets – Justin then moved into the private sector where he has stayed for over 17 years. With Jamaican roots, he has been a vocal advocate for ethnic diversity in the real estate profession and was instrumental in starting CBRE’s Multi-Cultural Network in 2016 as well as being a Vice-Chair at DiverCity Surveyors.
