Our programme serves as a strategic pathway, designed for ambitious, UK-based professionals who are ready to take their careers to the next level:
- Ethnoculturally diverse leaders-in-the-making: if you self-identify as part of an underrepresented ethnocultural group and are determined to break barriers, this is for you.
- Experienced high performers: you bring at least 10 years of professional experience and a track record of delivering results.
- Future leaders: you aspire to lead with impact, authenticity, and influence within your organisation or industry.
