Charity projects

On behalf of our amazing mentors who volunteer their time we allocate £300 per programme participant to our charity projects. We work with charity partners in our core markets that align with our mission of building ethnically diverse talent pipelines from a young age.

Future Leaders Programme

For 2023, we're proud to announce our new charity partnership with youth charity, Future Leaders UK. This collaboration will serve as an extension of our ecosystem, developing and nurturing ethnically diverse talent from a young age. We will be funding a programme that connects 16-18-year-olds from ethnic and disadvantaged backgrounds with ethnic role model students from leading universities, who will then act as mentors. Our goal is to empower diverse talents, strengthening our community's future ethnic leadership.

Hear from Future Leaders UK Students about our collaboration

“At Future Leaders, we work to advance the educational and career prospects of high school students from ethnic and disadvantaged backgrounds. We know from research-based evidence that nothing is more impactful than being supported and guided by a mentor who understands your experience and the challenges you face. This is why we are so excited to launch our mentoring programme in collaboration with Roots Inspire, an organisation whose ethos is completely aligned with ours and whose support and sponsorship have made this much-needed opportunity available to hundreds of young people.”
