Charity Projects
Supporting charity projects aligned with our vision, from the classroom to the boardroom.

Community Impact
Every programme participant represents more than a leadership journey in progress. For each one, we allocate £300/€350 to charity projects that extend our mission beyond the corporate world — funding education, mentorship, and opportunity for young people from ethnoculturally diverse backgrounds who are still years away from their first leadership role.
Our mentors — senior ethnic leaders who donate their expertise — make this possible. The organisations we partner with across our core markets do the rest.

Future Leaders
- United Kingdom
Roots Inspire partners with Future Leaders UK, a free, year-long leadership programme for Year 12–13 students from ethnoculturally diverse and disadvantaged backgrounds — opening doors to Russell Group universities, competitive apprenticeships, and leading employers.
We fund a programme connecting these students with ethnic role model mentors, building their confidence, networks, and career readiness years before their first professional role. A direct extension of our ecosystem — investing in the pipeline at its earliest stage.
“At Future Leaders, we work to advance the educational and career prospects of high school students from ethnic and disadvantaged backgrounds. We are so excited to launch our mentoring programme in collaboration with Roots Inspire, an organisation whose ethos is completely aligned with ours.”
Faheem Khan
Founding Director at Future Leaders UK
Roots Inspire partners with Giving Back Foundation, a Dutch foundation that has supported first-generation students through one-to-one mentoring since 1999 — from secondary school through to university.
Founded with the goal of increasing cultural diversity at the top of the business world and government, Giving Back Foundation connects young people from underrepresented backgrounds with professional mentors and networks that would otherwise be out of reach. Through this partnership, Roots Inspire invests in building ethnoculturally diverse talent in the Netherlands from the ground up.
“As Director of the Giving Back Foundation, and also drawing from my own background, I know how important it is to have the right guidance and role models at key moments in your development. With Roots Inspire, we are partnering with an organization that truly understands and strengthens this journey. While Giving Back focuses on shaping and guiding young people, Roots Inspire supports their continued growth within the corporate world. Together, we create a continuous pathway in which talent is not only recognized, but truly enabled to grow into positions of impact.”
