Eligibility & Criteria

This programme is designed for professionals who:

  • Self-identify as ethnic or from an underrepresented ethnic group;
  • Have a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience;
  • Have the ambition to pursue a leadership career within financial services;
  • Currently living in The Netherlands (we will be expanding across Europe for future cohorts).

Our programme will start in May 2024 with a cohort of the top-selected talent in the financial services industry. The application deadline is Monday 6th May 2024 at 12:00 (CEST).
