The Experience
During a six-month programme, you will receive intensive guidance around the “unwritten rules” of corporate life and the soft skills required to break into corporate leadership. Leadership talent will receive mentorship from ethnic corporate leaders, gain tailored career guidance from recruitment professionals and obtain access to a powerful network.
