Eligibility & Criteria

This programme is designed for:

  • Ethnoculturally diverse executives-in-the-making.
  • Professionals who have a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience,
  • Have the ambition to pursue an executive leadership career within financial services, and
  • Are currently living in the Benelux (we will be expanding across Europe for future cohorts).
