At the moment, Roots Inspire targets UK / European multinationals with >5000 employees. Our mentors are selected on their familiarity with corporate culture in these markets. Please fill in our Contact form to receive more information about our offering.
Primarily, we are looking for intrinsically motivated people that have successfully navigated the corporate environment while having an ethnic background. Our mentors should have natural coaching skills and ideally have prior experience in mentoring. We aim to have a diverse set of mentors that inspire a wide range of participants. We are humbled by your support and there is actually a lot you can do. Firstly, please help us spread the word within your organisation so we can grow our platform and inspire more ethnic talent on their journey to leadership.
Secondly, we are planning to organise “Reverse mentoring” group sessions, whereby our programme participants have an open dialogue with interested corporate leaders that do not share an ethnic background.
